Country Roast Chicken
I don't know if you have ever tried "Famous Dave's" but they have a great line of seasoning and sauces... and their Country Roast seasoning gives a nice bite of spices to your bird. No, I am not getting paid to say that... but I would take the money if offered ;-)
Ingredients

- 2 Pieces of Chicken
- 1 ounce(s) Famous Daves Country Roast Seasoning
Country Roast Chicken Directions
- Coat grates with non-stick cooking spray.
- Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
- Cover chicken completely with Country Roast Chicken seasoning.
- Grill directly on grate for approx 45 minutes turning as desired.
- Let cool just a bit before eating.
