Angus Bacon Steak Burgers

You can add quite a bit of flexibility to your grilling options by getting a cast iron and/or aluminum skillet for your grill. I mean... you don't want to lose any bacon into the coals, do you??

You can "make" a skillet with aluminum foil... but be careful not to puncture it with your tongs 'cause grease burns pretty darn good. (Don't ask how I know this... um... just trust me.)

0.25 Whole Onion, 2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese, 4 Strips Bacon (Thick), 1 pound(s) Black Angus Ground Beef, 1 pinch(es) Seasoned Salt, 2 Burger Buns

Bacon Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs make a tasty hors d'oeuvers (horse divers) on game day! It is a nice side dish and great finger food. They can be made the night before and stored in the fridge until you are ready to head to the tailgate.

There are many recipes for deviled eggs but this one is my favorite. Our local grocery store sells pealed hard boiled eggs which cuts down the work which is great because I am lazy!
