Can’t decide between Beef or Pork? Who says you have to?
Make these up ahead of time and freeze so you are ready for tailgating.
(Serves 6 people)
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 cup saltine crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup yellow onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon Mrs Dash Seasoning
- Hand mix hamburger and ground pork into large mixing bowl.
- Add eggs, chopped onion, crushed crackers and spices. Hand mix thoroughly.
- Separate into 3/4 inch thick patties and place on wax paper. Stack and place burgers in 1 gallon freezer bags with wax paper between each layer of burgers then freeze until needed.
- Remove frozen patties from container… Grill low and slow (350) turning over at least once.
