Can’t decide between Beef or Pork? Who says you have to?
Make these up ahead of time and freeze so you are ready for tailgating.

(Serves 6 people)

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
2 eggs
1 cup saltine crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup yellow onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon Mrs Dash Seasoning

  1. Hand mix hamburger and ground pork into large mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs, chopped onion, crushed crackers and spices. Hand mix thoroughly.
  3. Separate into 3/4 inch thick patties and place on wax paper. Stack and place burgers in 1 gallon freezer bags with wax paper between each layer of burgers then freeze until needed.
  4. Remove frozen patties from container… Grill low and slow (350) turning over at least once.
