Smoked Spicy Mustard Babyback Ribs

Here is an easy wet rub using yellow mustard and spices. We used sugar maple wood in the smoker for a fantastic and complimenting flavor. Okay… let’s get to it.

(Serves 4 people)

1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs*
1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
2 Tablespoons Rib Rub We are of course partial to Tears of our Rivals“(TM) 😀
2 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper  or a hot pepper spice blend like “1st & Ten Pepper”(TM) (linky coming soon)

1)  Cover your ribs with a 50/50 mix of Rib Rub and Hot Pepper Spices

2) Now coat your ribs with the mustard (TIP: use the back side of a spoon or spatula … or heck… your hands work good for this too … remember finger painting?) cover the existing spices completely with the mustard.
