Perfect for the Crock Pot: Bacon Cheese Dip
Have you ever seen those tiny little crock-pots in the store and said to yourself… “There is No Way that puny thing would hold a whole pig”. Well my friends, it isn’t made to do that… but you can still use it for things like this warm bacon cheese dip, which is a pretty great bacon enriched cheese spread to use on crackers, chips or whatever you have on game-day that needs some dipping.
YOU WILL NEED:
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1.5 Cups Sour Cream
1 Stick of Butter
8 ounces Cream Cheese (1 package) softened
1.5 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 to 3/4 pounds bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 Cup Purple Onion (chopped)
- Mix well all the things and place in crock pot on low for about 2-3 hours serve with chips or crackers
- Umm… there is no “2”. Yeah… that’s pretty much it.
