So I was thinking to myself…”Self,” I said: “Isn’t it about time you shared one of your own sweet rib rub recipes?”… so then I thought… “Heck yeah it is!” I didn’t actually talk out loud… or at least I’ll gonna tell you that, cause only Crazy people do that. Amiright? Right? What? Shhhh… Yeah… so here it is.
This batch is enough for 4 pounds of Spareribs (covering front and back).
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Seasoned Salt
1 tablespoon Celery Salt
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Minced Onion Seasoning
1 tablespoon Sweet Pepper and Onion Seasoning
1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- In a mixing bowl combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Seal in airtight container if not using right away. Gallon freezer zip-lock bags work well also.
