Cajun Grilled Extra Crispy Chicken

Give your tailgaters the great taste of fried chicken from the grill with this handy and pretty easy recipe.

6-8 Pieces of chicken
1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1 Box Kraft Oven Fry Seasoned Coating Mix
2 Tablespoons Louisiana Cajun Seasoning

1) Rinse raw chicken with water and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
2) Moisten chicken by coating it with EVOO.
3) Pour entire box of the Seasoned mix into open container or paper plate.
4) Add Cajun Seasoning and mix thoroughly.
5) Coat the chicken on all sides by pressing firmly into the mixture. Make sure to discard any remaining mixture.
6) Preheat grill to 400F then place chicken on grill (pretty side down)
7) Grill 40 minutes (Indirect heat) Turn pieces over at the half way point.
8) Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
