This is a variation of your standard campfire potatoes.
(Serves 4 people)
6 small red potatoes
1/2 red pepper
1/2 purple onion
1 stick butter
- Slice potatoes thin (leave the skin on) and cube.
- Chop red pepper and purple onion into approx 1 inch pieces.
- Add butter and season lightly with celery salt.
- Wrap all ingredients in aluminum foil and place on top rack of grill for at least one hour (longer will not hurt anything).
