Garlic Pepper Pork Chops
April 29, 2012I have said it once and I will say it again… I have never met a dead pig i didn’t like. Here is a simple, yet yummy recipe for you the next time you want to pull out the pork chops out for a tailgate party. Ohhh it’s soooo good! Sometimes the best food is really the simplest.
1 Pork Chop
1 pinch Minced Onion
1 pinch Garlic Pepper
- Catch a pig and kill it (optional) or buy some pork chops.
- Add Minced Onion and Garlic Pepper Seasoning.
- Preheat grill to 500… Sear the chops, about 2 minutes on each side. (Reduce to 375.) Watch carefully, as soon as the pork chops are browned, flip them.
- Bake pork chops at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
