Grilled P, B & J
September 10, 2020So… sometimes people say things like… “Hey, you know what i heard somebody did”, and you are like “No, Whut?” and then they are like “I heard they tried this on the grill and it worked out well.” and then you are all like “WOW! That sounds so simple… but delicious. I need to try that!” and then you do!
This one hit me like DUH! Of course this would work.
Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches are simple to make on your griddle (or on a flat surface on your grill). and MAN are they good!
You Will Need…
2 Pieces of Bread (per sandwich)
Peanut Butter (smooth or peanut)
Your favorite Jelly (or Jam) I recommend Strawberry Rhubarb
Butter
Make a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich like you normally would. You can do this… it’s not rocket surgery 😉
Now add butter to both slices of bread on the top and bottom.
Layers should go like this:
butter
bread
peanut butter
jelly
bread
butter

Low to medium heat
Place on griddle and cook until toasted.
flip and then toast the other side.
If you want to get all fancy, slice them up into bite size finger food… or don’t. Do what you want. I’m not your supervisor.

Enjoy!
