Grilled Pork ChopsApril 2, 2015
One of the great things about grilling is all the different types of marinades you can use to enhance the taste of your meal. This particular spicy blend of chiles, lime and ginger will give a kick to pretty much anything made of pig, from pork chops to tenderloin to ribs. Today we use use it on one of our favorite things to cook on the grill, pork chops!
Sliced Pork Chops
12 ounces Stubb’s® Pork Marinade (linky)*
TIP: allow meat to reach room temperature before adding to grill… it really does make a difference in flavor!
- Place unfrozen pork chops in gallon freezer bag with and marinade (in fridge or cooler) for 24 hours.
- Preheat grill to 500°
- Remove from marinade and place Pork Chops directly on grill
- Reduce heat to 350°
- Watch carefully, as soon as the pork chops are browned, flip them. (normally about the 15 minute mark)
- Continue to cook for a total of 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of cut. The lower and slower you cook this, the more tender and juicy it will be.
