One of the great things about grilling is all the different types of marinades you can use to enhance the taste of your meal.  This particular spicy blend of chiles, lime and ginger will give a kick to pretty much anything made of pig, from pork chops to tenderloin to ribs.  Today we use use it on one of our favorite things to cook on the grill, pork chops!

  3. Remove from marinade and place Pork Chops directly on grill
