Grilling Shrimp on the BarbieApril 25, 2018
Who doesn’t love “Shrimp on the Barbie”? Many people are intimidated when it comes to grilling shrimp or seafood on the grill, but you really shouldn’t be. Grilling Shrimp on the Barbie (or as we in America say, “barbecue”… or “BBQ” for short is a great addition to your Tailgate Master skill-set. The biggest trick is to not OVERcook the shrimp. If you do, it will become rubbery and tough. So … without getting too sidetracked, let’s get right to this simple to grill “shrimp on the barbie” recipe.
You will need…
Spices (we picked up some PERFECT CATCH premium sports spice)
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
1) Pre-heat grill to about 400
2) Place shrimp in a large container and drizzle with olive oil
3) Lightly sprinkle on your spices
4) Put the shrimp on the grill over direct heat cook until pink and cooked through (approximately 8-10 minutes) toss as necessary to prevent burning
