
Ham and Cheesy Potatoes
March 26, 2012This is an easy side to that you can cook on the top rack of your grill.
(serves 4)
4 medium sized potatoes
1/2 cup yellow onion
1/2 cup cooked ham (cubed)
1 stick butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cube potatoes with skin on. Chop onion and precooked ham into approx 1 inch pieces.
- Add butter and season lightly with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Wrap all ingredients in aluminum foil and place on top rack of grill for at least one hour (cooking longer is OK).
- Remove from grill and top with shredded cheese then recover with foil for 5-10 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
