I love the smell of coffee brewing in the morning. This rub works really well when smoking a big ole chuck of beef.
1/2 tablespoon Highlander Grog Ground Coffee
1/2 cup Cane Sugar
1/2 cup Kosher Salt
3 tablespoons Paprika
3 tablespoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Pour all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
Note: You can store in airtight container for up to about 6 months.
