Mostly Seriously Awesome! This is a one Jackie taught me that I make when the gang comes over to watch the game on TV. Easy crock pot cooking and very tasty. Start about 3-4 hours before kickoff.
Alternately you can place ingredients in a pot on the grill and reduce the cooking time to 1 hour @ 350 degrees. (Stir every 10-15 min)
(Serves 5 people)
1 Package of Mini Meatballs (Frozen already cooked)
18 ounces Grape Jelly (Welches)
24 ounces Chili Sauce
You can make any size batch just use approx. 1.5 parts chili sauce to 1 part grape jelly.
- Place Grape jelly and Chili Sauce in crock pot and mix until smooth. (Yeah… I know, sounds crazy but trust me.)
- Mix in meatballs so that sauce covers them.
- Turn crock-pot on HIGH for 2-3 hours (crock-pots very) then turn crock-pot down to low to keep warm. Stir occasionally (once per hour or so).
