Norseman’s Bacon Mule

Polar Plunge for Special Olympics MN TAILGATEMASTER.COM Admiral BigGun

A purple colored Minnesota football inspired drink. This is a refreshing twist on a Moscow Mule that any modern Day Viking would enjoy on gameday.

Ingredients: 

2 OZ Vodka (SKOL or GREY DUCK vodka is preferred) 
4 OZ Cran-Grape Juice (Ocean Spray) 
1/2 Glass Ginger Beer (Cock & Bull)
1 OZ Lime Juice
1 piece candied bacon 

Using a 12 ounce glass (copper mule type cup preferred) add ice to half full. Add juices and vodka. Fill with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of candied bacon. Serve with straw.
