Potatoes and PeppersApril 26, 2012
If you are from the mid-west a good side of potatoes with your steak is standard fare. Here is another way to mix it up a bit. Cook on indirect heat and start well before you start your meat.
(For 3 people)
2 Medium Potatoes
1/3 Green Pepper
1/3 Red Pepper
1/3 Orange or Yellow Pepper
1/2 cup Butter
1 pinch Garlic Salt
1 pinch Garlic Pepper
- Dice Potatoes and put on aluminum foil.
- Chop Peppers and onion and add to potatoes.
- Add butter to top.
- Sprinkle garlic salt and garlic pepper to taste.
- Wrap with second piece of aluminum foil and grill on upper rack for 60 minutes.
