This game-day drink is sure to impress your purple lovin’ crew. It’s easy to whip up a batch for a tailgating party or a tasty drink just for you! Your friends will wonder when you became such a mixologist.

Purple Ingredients

This skol-tastic drink is on the sweeter side. The lemon vodka gives this drink a dash of sourness. A deep purple hue comes from mixing cranberry-grape juice, blue curacao and grenadine together. In one version of this drink I added grape juice to give it that bold Vikings purple look. For a more savory flavor I would try the cranberry juice. You may also add purple sanding sugar around the rim to really make this drink stand out.

(adding the blue curacao)

Dump all of your ingredients in to a cup and mix well. Add ice to finish. Enjoy!

1.5 part lemon vodka
1 part blue curacao
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 part grenadine
1 part cranberry juice (may substitute cran-grape or grape juice for better color)
