Round Sirloin Tip SteakApril 30, 2012
Steak on the grill is one of the greatest things in the universe… well my universe anyway. It goes great topped with mushrooms and onions.
(Serves 3 people – or one really really hungry person)
3 Round Sirloin Tip Steaks
4 ounces Canned Mushrooms (drained)
1/4 Sliced Onion
1/4 cup butter
1 dash Garlic Pepper
1 dash Sea Salt
1 dash Paprika
1 dash Seasoned Salt
1.) Mix seasonings together in a bowl then cover both sides of the steak and let stand 20 minutes before introducing to heat.
2.) In a small aluminum trey add chopped onions and mushrooms (drained) top with butter and set aside.
3.) Preheat grill to at least 450-500 degrees. Place steak on grill for about five minutes to sear… then reduce heat to 375. Cook for about 40-45 minutes flipping once.
Note: Add mushrooms and onions to grill 20 minutes before steak is done.
4.) Serve with mushrooms and onions on top of the steak.
