Shrimp in a Bacon Blanket

What could be better than shrimp on the grill??

That’s right! Shrimp marinated in special sauce and wrapped in BACON!

Bacon makes everything better… it’s like meat-candy! We certainly hope you enjoy this bacon wrapped shrimp recipe as much as we do. A famous person once said: “It’s my favorite meat wrapped around my third favorite meat!” 

(For 8 people)

24 Shrimp
12 Strips of your favorite bacon
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder


  1. bacon shrimp kababs

    Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

    Cut the bacon in half.

  2. Partially cook the bacon.
  3. Wrap the shrimp with the bacon – secure bacon with tooth picks.
  4. Combine sauces and garlic powder then pour sauces over wrapped shrimp.
  5. Marinate for 30 – 60 minutes BBQ over medium heat on upper rack until done.
  6. Enjoy in excess!

(Optional) Instead of tooth picks, try using skewers. You can put multiple bacon wrapped shrimp on each skewer.
