Sweet Pepper Chicken Breast Filets

Sometime I just like the give the grill the bird! Oh… I bet that could be taken the wrong way. Anywho this a fairly simple game day treat that can be served on a bun.

For faster game day prep, place seasoned breast filets in a zip-lock freezer bag the day before and refrigerate.

(Serves 1)

1 1/2 inch thick chicken breasts
1 bun
1 dash sweet onion pepper

 

  1. Coat grill grates with cooking oil (or a non-flammable cooking spray). Then preheat to 400 degrees.
  2. Rinse chicken in cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Coat breasts (the ones from the chicken ya perv.) with extra virgin olive oil then season with sweet onion pepper.
  4. Place on (oiled) grill for 14-18 minutes on medium heat. Turn over halfway through cooking time.
  5. Top with BBQ sauce and serve on a bun.
