Polar Plunge for Special Olympics MN TAILGATEMASTER.COM Admiral BigGun

I call this a seafood marinade because when I “see” “food”, I want to marinade it. Okay that was a lame joke, but the marinade is not.

It is great for fish and believe it or not, it works wonderful on pork as well.

1/2 Bottle Tangy Western Dressing
1 Tablespoon 11 Pepper Blend Seasoning
1 Zip Lock Bag

Pour dressing and seasoning into bag.

Close bag and shake to mix.
