The Best Way to Make Corn on the CobApril 9, 2012
There is prob. a billion different ways (ok… at least more than two) ways to make corn on the grill. THIS is the best corn on the cob tailgate recipe i have ever seen… and you don’t even have to be able to count to two, to be able to pull it off.
(For 1 people)
2 Cobs of Corn
1 tablespoon Butter
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
Liquid Butter Spray
1.) Go to your local fresh veggie stand and get the best cobs of corn you can find.
2.) Cut the fuzzy stuff off the top with a scissors.
3.) Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
4.) Place cobs of corn on the grill (indirect heat)… do not soak in water or .. yeah.. anything else… just put them on there.
5.) Cook for 45 – 60 minutes turning multiple times. (DON’T LET IT CATCH ON FIRE… I’ve done that… and it’s pretty embarrassing.)
6.) Remove from grill and strip back husk (but don’t remove) to make a handle… pretty darn handy, i do say.
7.) Spray shucked corn with liquid butter and salt & pepper to taste. Serve like RIGHT NOW! No really … really darn good you shouldn’t wait.
