Minnesota Vikings Super-fan Syd Davy!!!
aka Sir 100% Cheese Free. The founder and president of
Thee Viking World Order.
If you have ever been to a Minnesota Vikings game, you have most likely seen this guy on the jumbo screen at least once. You may know him as Sid Davy… most people know him as 100% Cheese Free Minnesota Vikings Super-fan. Mr. Davy is a constant fixture at games and also happens to be the founder and President of Thee Viking World Order (a non- profit charity organization made up of die-hard Vikings fans).
Mr. Davy is probably most famous for catching Randy Moss after touchdowns, but it’s a little-known fact that spends a lot of time with the BBQ.
Hey… you might not know this… but Syd Davy is really good at grilling stuff. Seriously. When he tells us stuff about grilling… we listen!

SYD:
Here is how I BBQ a 2 1/2 lbs Tomahawk Rib Steak.
Place on grill and slow cook to 110 degrees
and then reverse sear
I used Tailgate Master Tears of our Rivals rib rub,
Continue to cook to a finished meat temperature 130 perfect degrees.
SKOL!
Let sit for 5-8 minutes and the temperature rises to 135 degrees perfect medium rare.
